As March arrives and the seasons change, this is the ideal time to recharge your batteries. Drama fans will want to get along to the Macau Cultural Centre to see "What is Man?" - a modern version of the renowned Chinese literary work "The Water Margin" - directed by talented Hong Kong director Edward Lam, while a talented troupe of actors from Macau Conservatory will stage the intriguingly-titled "Shall We Go to Mars?" at the same venue.

The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra will perform with famous US background music dubbing master Carl Davis for "Charlie Chaplin Remixed" - bringing a whole new dimension to Chaplin's silent films. UNESCO Heritage listed St. Dominic's Church hosts the "Festive Series - Easter Concert" whilst the "Chamber Music Series - Vienna Classics" and "Chamber Music Series - The Melodious Baroque" will be performed in Dom Pedro V Theatre. International diva Celine Dion also comes to Macau in March in her Asian leg of "Celine Dion - Taking Chances World Tour 2008", and you can catch her at The Venetian Arena.

Visiting Macau Communications Museum will not only be educational but fun for the whole family - enjoy making yourself a DIY postcard! For Chinese culture lovers, seek out the two big festival celebrations hosted by Pagode Fok Tac Chi and Kun Iam Tong (Pou Chai Sim Un) complete with Chinese art performances. Famous for its particularly delicious food, visitors in the know inevitably end up at the Rua do Ervanário to taste the district's specialties.
